How It Works
Aggregation algorithm: Parses all CIDRs, removes duplicates and subnets already covered by broader entries, then iteratively merges adjacent same-size blocks into their supernet (/n + /n → /(n-1)) until no further merging is possible.
Use cases: Minimizing ACL/firewall rules, BGP route aggregation, summarizing address space for documentation, finding the supernet covering a set of routes.
